Here’s a rare opportunity to own a Car wash! Built new in 2005, the building is the Premium package by Royal Buildings.  Throughout the facility, the walls are made with poured concrete and clean, thick plastic walls.

The automatic wash bay is a D & S 5000, made in the U.S.A.  The entrance door to the automatic is made by AirLift and is only one (1) year old.  The automatic bay was just recently re-worked with a new main shaft and bearings as well as new drive gears and rollers.  The pay station accepts cash, tokens, credit, and debit cards.

The equipment room is roomy and organized; there are Pentair hydro pumps, and all 3 are new within the last 3 years.  The spot free system has dual membranes, not just one, for a better end result.  The softener is maintained by Frakco.

The 3 self-serve hand bays are roomier than any other car-wash around, have great water pressure, hot water, and lots of soap.  Like the automatic, the hand bays also accept cash, tokens, credit, and debit cards.
